The defendant's appeal is dismissed.
Reasons
1. The summary of the grounds for appeal did not err by misapprehending the facts guilty of the facts charged in the instant case, although the Defendant did not arrange for contact with E.
2. Determination
A. The following circumstances are acknowledged according to the evidence duly adopted and examined by the court below and the court below.

Then, the lower court changed part of the statement as “I” and, at the same time, the female guest, who was playing together by E, is a person I.
