Punishment of the crime

On August 22, 2019, around 08:20, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle in the Sti-type B under the influence of alcohol concentration of approximately 0.062% from the 10km section to the front road of the Seoul Western Police Station Traffic Center, which is located in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, for search on August 22, 2019.

On July 30, 2019, the Defendant changed his/her address did not submit the grounds for change to the head of the Goyang-gu Police Station within 20 days without justifiable grounds, even though personal information was changed due to the change of personal information after moving his/her address to the Goyang-gu H building and the JJ of the Gangwon-gu Mayang-gu
