Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 19, 2007, the Defendant, who was sentenced to a fine of one million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act ( sound driving) at the Incheon District Court on March 19, 2007, and was sentenced to a fine of two million won or more for the same crime at the Seoul Northern District Court on October 4, 2007, and was in violation of the provision on the prohibition of drinking driving on two or more occasions. On August 31, 2014, the Defendant driven a b learning car under the influence of the alcohol concentration of blood alcohol in the section of approximately one kilometer to approximately 715, from the brea-ro of the Seoul Jungdong-gu, Jung-gu to the same 715-ro.
