Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A purchased I’s land together with G and H, and the Defendant received a loan from the said land as security and paid the price, and used it as operating expenses.

On September 28, 2011, the Defendant requested K Real Estate B to the effect that “The appraisal is increased by solicitation from the M branch office of L Appraisal and the N branch of the K branch of the Raw Livestock Industry Cooperatives Act, and it is possible to obtain a high amount of loan.” On October 28, 201 of the same year, the Defendant issued 27 copies of K Real Estate with KRW 1,00,000,000 to B as a percentage for C, and issued 1,20,000,000,000,000 won at the same place as at the end of November of the same year.

As a result, the defendant provided money and valuables to executive officers and employees of financial companies.

2. On September 28, 201, the Defendant received 27 copies of the check of KRW 100,000 from the above K real estate to the effect that “The appraisal is increased by solicitation from the M branch of L Appraisal and the N branch of the K branch of the K branch of the K branch of the Kuju Livestock Industry Cooperatives,” and the Defendant received 27 copies of the check of KRW 1,200,000 from the above K real estate to the K branch of the K branch of the K branch of the K branch of the Korea Livestock Industry Cooperatives, and received 1,20,000,000 won in the same name at the same place as at the end of November of the same year.

As a result, the Defendant received money and valuables on matters pertaining to the duties of executive officers and employees of financial companies.

3. Defendant C is a person who has overall control over the deposit and loan business of the said branch office as the N branch office of the Wonju Livestock Industry Cooperatives (O) located in the Kuju-si.

On October 201, the Defendant received from B a request from B to lend KRW 1.5 billion on the security of the land, etc., and received six copies of the check from B at the above branch office on the 28th day of the same month, and received six copies of the check at KRW 1.0 million on the last day of the same year.
