Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a year and six months, and a fine of 5,000,000 won.

The defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

From around November 2010 to May 2013, the Defendant was the president of the E Medical Consumer Cooperative Association located in Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Manyang-si and was not an oriental medical doctor. However, around February 2, 2012, the Defendant was engaged in medical practice for profit-making purposes by receiving from 12 persons totaling KRW 95,300,000,000 from 12 to 2013, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table, and by receiving from 12 persons totaling KRW 95,30,000,000 from 20 to 2013.
