Punishment of the crime

On April 7, 2019, at around 18:13, 2019, the Defendant: (a) at the cash withdrawal chiller in the Gangseo-si branch of the C Bank, deposited the cash in cash by the victim D; and (b) at the next side of the cash withdrawal machine, the Defendant stolen the said mobile phone that took the place at the time of gallon, with the value of KRW 1 million,00,000,000,000,000 won.
