1. Defendant H is the Suwon District Court as to each of the lands listed in the separate sheet Nos. 1 and 5 against the Plaintiffs.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The lands listed in the [Attachment 1] Nos. 1 through (5) are the lands under the name of Nonparty M, N, andO on July 30, 1919. The lands listed in the [Attachment 1] Nos. 6 through 10 are the lands under the name of Nonparty P on March 20, 1914. The lands listed in the [Attachment 12] Nos. 12 are the lands under the name of Nonparty Qua on May 9, 1932. 2) The lands listed in the [Attachment 11] Nos. 11 are the lands under the name of Nonparty R, and Qua completed the registration of ownership transfer in that name on May 9, 1932.
(B) Each of the above lands is each of the following: “The land No. 1 of this case” or “the land No. 12 of this case”; and “each of the instant lands” in common name.
Pursuant to the Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Ownership Transfer of Real Estate (Act No. 3562 of Apr. 3, 1982, Act No. 3562 of Dec. 31, 1984, Act No. 3562 of Apr. 3, 1982, Act No. 3562 of Dec. 31, 1984, Act No. 3564 of Dec. 31, 1984, hereinafter referred to as the "Special Measures Act"), registration of ownership transfer was completed under the name of SJ (hereinafter referred to as the "family of this case"), with respect to the land No. 1 through 10, 6908 received on Jun. 26, 1985, the registration of ownership transfer was completed on Jun. 24, 1985.
C. After that, Defendant C, D, E, and F completed the registration of ownership transfer on April 23, 207 with respect to the land of this case Nos. 1, 4 through 7, 10, 11, and 12 due to the gift made on April 17, 2007, Defendant G completed the registration of ownership transfer for each of the shares owned by Defendant D on February 23, 2010, with respect to each of the above four shares owned by Defendant C, D, E, and F due to a compulsory auction made on April 14, 2010 by the same registry office, and Defendant H completed the registration of ownership transfer for each of the above four shares owned by Defendant D on February 23, 2010.
