1. The sentence of sentence against Defendant A shall be suspended.

2. Defendant B is punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

B is a business owner operating D in the Dong-gu Daejeon, Daejeon, and Defendant A is a person who was working in the above D from August 9, 2017 to January 8, 2018 and retired from office as a recommendation officer.

Any person shall not receive unemployment benefits by fraud or other improper means and may receive unemployment benefits out of unemployment benefits only if the insured unit period for the up to 18 months immediately before E is at least 180 days in total.

Defendant

On January 1, 2018, A came to know that the insured unit period of the Defendant was not 180 days, and thus, A was unable to receive unemployment benefits, A asked Defendant B to receive unemployment benefits on February 10, 2018, and Defendant B accordingly prepared a false report on the deprivation of employment insurance for Defendant A as of February 10, 2018, and submitted it to the Daejeon Regional Employment and Labor Office Employment Management Center.

After that, Defendant A, who served until February 10, 2018 at the employment center of the Daejeon Regional Labor Agency, was retired on February 28, 2018, prepared an application for unemployment benefits benefits benefits benefits differently from the fact and submitted it to the employees of the said employment center. On March 14, 2018, Defendant A received payment of KRW 3,469,80 as job-seeking benefits on the same account on April 11, 2018 as KRW 1,518,040, total of KRW 1,518,040,040 as the same account on May 9, 2018.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to receive unemployment benefits by illegal means.
