1. The amount of real estate listed in the separate sheet remaining after the cost of auction is deducted from the proceeds of auction;

The fact that the plaintiff and the defendant are co-owners who own 1/2 shares of each of the real estate listed in the separate sheet, and the fact that both the plaintiff and the defendant want to divide the above real estate through the auction is not disputed between the parties, or that it is recognized by the statement stated in the evidence No. 3.

According to the above facts, it is reasonable to sell the real estate of this case through auction and deduct the auction cost from the proceeds therefrom according to the ratio of 1/2 shares of the plaintiff and the defendant, so it is so decided as per Disposition.
