2. On August 13, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 17:45, on August 13, 2019, at G cafeteria operated by F (the age of 46) located in E (the age of 17:45), demanded that the Defendant drink alcohol together with the F under the influence of alcohol while drinking alcohol.
