Summary of Grounds for Appeal

The sentence of the lower court’s sentence (three years of imprisonment with prison labor for Defendants A and one year of suspended sentence for Defendants B) is too unreasonable.

Of the facts charged by the prosecutor, the court below found Defendant A not guilty on the ground that the confession of Defendant A is the only evidence unfavorable to him/her and thus, the court below erred by misapprehending the legal principles as to the probative value of corroborative evidence, which affected the conclusion of the judgment. Judgment
