1. Defendant A’s offender is a person who operated a H restaurant; I is a person who was elected to the J market in the 5th nationwide local election implemented on June 2, 2010, and K is a person who was sentenced to a fine of KRW 1.5 million as a violation of the Public Official Election Act on the ground that he/she performed a contribution act for I going to a candidate for the J market in the 5th nationwide local election at the Suwon District Court Sungnam branch on December 16, 2010 (2010 Gohap294).
