Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 17, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of one million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act by the Seoul Northern District Court.

On September 14, 2019, at around 18:42, the Defendant driven a free-to-land of about 10 meters under the influence of alcohol level of 0.068% on the front of the Gyeonggi-si, Gwangju-si.

Accordingly, the defendant violated Article 44 (1) of the Road Traffic Act not less than twice.
