1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) Of the 3. real estate listed in the separate sheet, the appraisal of the attached sheet 11, 16, 17, 12, and 11 shall also apply.
Reasons
1. Determination on the cause of the claim
A. On December 10, 2014, the Plaintiff leased real estate listed in the separate sheet to the Defendant on December 10, 2014, with a deposit of KRW 25 million, monthly rent of KRW 1750,000 (excluding value-added tax), and the lease period from December 10, 2014 to July 15, 2018 (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”).
(2) In the event that the overdue overdue charge reaches the second period, the Plaintiff agreed to terminate the instant overdue rental contract. 2) The Defendant occupied the real estate indicated in the separate sheet by taking over it, and installed a towing facility, as shown in the separate sheet, respectively.
3) The Defendant did not pay the monthly rent from May 11, 2015.
