Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On February 2, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of six months for fraud at the Seoul Western District Court for six months. On February 21, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for fraud in the Jungyang Branch of the Seoul Western District Court, which became final and conclusive on June 5, 2018, and the sentence of the said suspended sentence was invalidated on September 5, 2018.
On August 20, 2020, the Defendant, at around 09:00 on August 20, 202, had the victim C (ma, 28 years of age) and scam in the family room of the medical institution, which was in the city of the Government of the Government of the Republic of Korea, caused a dispute among the dispute, and caused the victim's head to be scam and scam together with his scam, and scam, caused the victim's head to be scam back into the cell's decline, wall, etc.
