A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On August 29, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny by the Seoul Northern District Court on August 29, 2014 and completed the execution of the sentence on March 16, 2015.
In a state of mental and physical weakness where the Defendant had the ability to discern things or make decisions due to a mental disorder or alcohol disorder of latitude or longitude, the Defendant: (a) caused public danger by setting aside DNA owned by the Defendant parked at the front of Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Seoul at around 00:30 on January 3, 2016; and (b) on the ground that, at the time of the discovery of an indoor bomb, which was parked at the same time, the Defendant was unable to receive wages even after the Defendant performed removal services, by attaching a bomb, which was located in a newspaper located in the above Obane, to a part of the front and rear of the above Obaba, thereby causing danger to the public.

1. On January 24, 2016, at around 20:30, the Defendant: (a) committed theft, taking a F taxi operated by E prior to the shooting distance in the wind water market in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu; and (b) took off one hand, including the victim’s test color box, cash 70,000 won, and one credit card card merchant of one bank, which the victim G was placed in the taxi and was maintained by E, a taxi engineer.
2. Violation of Acts in financial business specializing in fraud and credit finance;
A. On January 26, 2016, the Defendant, within the “J” page operated by the victim I of the victim I on the H fourth floor in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on January 26, 2016, to the employees K.
