A food entertainment business operator shall prevent gambling, other speculative acts, or disturbance of public morals in his/her place of business.

By the time of detection of around 02:30, three casino games (bamers, bamers, and black jacks) were installed within the business establishment, and the operator was placed with a shower, and provided 10,000 won of cash to customers who find the above business establishment with 10,000 won of casino games, and provided 10,000 won of cash so that customers who visit the business are allowed to engage in casino games, thereby encouraging customers who visit the business to engage in speculative activities, and thereby, violated the rules of business operators under the Food Sanitation Act.
