Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The deceased F (hereinafter “the deceased”) is a deceased person who was in an emergency treatment in the G Hospital operated by the Defendant Educational Foundation D (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”) in an acute background. Defendant E is a medical specialist within the heart of the Defendant Hospital at the time when the deceased was in the emergency room of the Defendant Hospital, and the deceased’s spouse, Plaintiff B, and C are the deceased’s children.

B. Around 09:30 on March 24, 2018, the Deceased started to have a satisfy, and thereafter, the satisfy was inside the emergency room of H Hospital at around 09:56, to which the satisfy was not fyed.
