Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The deceased F (hereinafter “the deceased”) is a deceased person who was in an emergency treatment in the G Hospital operated by the Defendant Educational Foundation D (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”) in an acute background. Defendant E is a medical specialist within the heart of the Defendant Hospital at the time when the deceased was in the emergency room of the Defendant Hospital, and the deceased’s spouse, Plaintiff B, and C are the deceased’s children.
B. Around 09:30 on March 24, 2018, the Deceased started to have a satisfy, and thereafter, the satisfy was inside the emergency room of H Hospital at around 09:56, to which the satisfy was not fyed. The medical personnel at H Hospital, as a result of the satisfy examination on the Deceased, prescribed the satisfying of ST as a result of the satisfying test on the Deceased, and had the Deceased transferred the satisfy to the Defendant hospital at around 10:30.
C. On March 24, 2018, at around 10:58, the medical personnel of the Defendant Hospital entered the emergency room, the deceased conducted a heart test to check the cardio-pativity of the ST division, and checked Defendant E, a worker on duty, visited Defendant E, a worker on duty at around 11:02. Around 11:17, the medical personnel of the Defendant Hospital received contact from Defendant E that it is impossible to perform an emergency operation, and decided to transfer the deceased to I Hospital.
On March 24, 2018, the Deceased died with cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and even though the medical personnel of the Defendant Hospital performed cardiopulmonary resuscitation, the deceased died with acute cardiopulmonary fluence.
