A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant did not obtain permission for change from the competent authority from October 2012 to January 2013, 2013. In order to use it as a site for retaining walls construction from the land located in the land such as Pakistan B, etc., the Defendant used cutting cutting the ground to cut the ground and diverted the mountainous district of approximately KRW 7,928 square meters outside the area for which permission for conversion of mountainous district was obtained.
