Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On 16:30 on 14, 2018, the Defendant driven a car in B Spo-type with a distance of 16.8 km from the street around the office near the office of Heung-gu Seoul Metropolitan City to the front of the 357-Instigation of the original drawing of the city at the same time, in the state of drinking alcohol content of 0.175% during blood transfusion.
