1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. The parties’ relationship Plaintiff is a person working as a producer. Defendant C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Co., Ltd.”) is a documentary production company for broadcast program production, and Defendant B is a reporter of a magazine called book publishing D.

B. (1) Around November 2009, Defendant B established a plan for exploration of the Vietnamed area of China (hereinafter “instant exploration”) and proposed the participation of the Defendant Company in the Defendant Company. After reviewing the said proposal, the Defendant Company decided to make a documentary production program on the said exploration accompanied by accompanying the said exploration.

The Defendant Company previously proposed that the Plaintiff, who had been engaged in the production of “I” by the Cator KBS Broadcasting Station, whose theme is nature was previously produced by the Defendant Company, participate in the production of the said Cator Program. The Plaintiff accepted this.

(2) The Plaintiff intended to produce a program under the title “E”, and made a broadcast planning based on Defendant B’s instant exploration planning, and held meetings as to whether the possibility of broadcast with a person in charge of the F is possible.

다. 탐사과정 (1) 탐사대는 피고 B(탐사대장 책임자 내지 통솔자의 지위에 있는 자를 관행적으로 이르는 말이다. )과 원고, G, H으로 구성되었는데, 피고 B과 G는 2009. 11. 25.경 중국 쓰촨성 청두에 도착하였고, 원고는 다른 촬영일정 등 개인사정으로 인하여 그보다 이틀 뒤인 2009. 11. 27.경 탐사대에 합류하였다.
