1. The Defendant: (a) against Plaintiff A, KRW 39,606,433, Plaintiff B, and C, respectively, KRW 28,737,62 and each of the said money.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. Plaintiff A is the wife of the deceased on May 13, 2018 (hereinafter “the deceased”). Plaintiff B and C are the deceased’s children, and the Plaintiffs are the deceased’s successors.
B. The Defendant was pronounced not guilty on the grounds that the facts stated in the following table constitute self-defense under Article 21(3) of the Criminal Act in Busan District Court’s Western Branch, but was sentenced to a verdict of not guilty on the grounds that it constitutes self-defense under Article 21(3) of the Criminal Act (Seoul District Court’s Branch Branch of Seosan District Court 2018Kahap184), and the appellate court was sentenced to a verdict of not less than 4 years of suspended sentence for two years of imprisonment due to assault or death (Seoul High Court Decision 2019No132, the Defendant’s assertion of self-defense was rejected, and the punishment was mitigated because
