Summary of Grounds for Appeal

The sentence (four years of imprisonment) sentenced by the court below to the defendant is too unhued and unfair.

In light of the following circumstances: (a) the number of times of the Defendant’s crime of fire prevention is high; (b) the degree of danger is high; and (c) the degree of damage is not any way to recover damage is disadvantageous; (b) the Defendant’s mistake is divided; and (c) there is no previous conviction except for fines twice; and (d) other sentencing conditions, including the Defendant’s health status, age, family relation, criminal record, occupation, environment, motive and circumstance of the crime, method and method of the crime; and (e) all the sentencing conditions, such as the Defendant’s health condition, age, family relation, occupation, environment, means and circumstance after the crime, etc., the prosecutor’s assertion is groundless.

Therefore, the prosecutor's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act for lack of reason.
