1. Of the instant lawsuit, the Defendant’s disposition of non-disclosure of information against the Plaintiff on July 30, 2018 is attached to the instant lawsuit.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. The Plaintiff is an incorporated association that carries out medical support activities, etc. for the purpose of fostering human rights awareness of health and medical professionals and operating and supporting programs for healing violent victims.

B. The Ministry of Public Administration and Security disclosed the report data as above on the same day.

C. On July 17, 2018, the Plaintiff requested the Defendant to disclose the following information in the form of an electronic file.

2.
