A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 18, 2014, around 09:00 on February 18, 2014, the Defendant: (a) invadedd the building entrance of the victim B; (b) damaged the steel door near the warehouse managed by the victim C, thereby infringing on the warehouse; and (c) put the ice into the oil tank of the victim-owned freight 5 tons; and (d) opened the oil tank into the oil tank of the victim-owned cargo owned by the victim-owned; and (d) opened the light oil rapidly, the Defendant carried approximately 140 liters via the market price of KRW 230,000 on his/her vehicle.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd on the structure managed by the victim, and stolen the victim's property.

2. On April 2017, the Defendant: (a) infringed on the victim E, a thief, a victim E, who was in F, Gyeongnam Gyeong-gun, by destroying the entrance door to a warehouse in the vicinity of the warehouse; and (b) invaded on the warehouse; and (c) carried out a single towing machine, an engine stop, one underwater buser, one management machine, and one four-wave red signaler equivalent to the total market value of the victim, which is the victim’s ownership.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd on the structure managed by the victim, and stolen the victim's property.

3. The Defendant: (a) around 18:00 on January 2, 2018, 201, committed theft against the victim G, which was parked in the victim G G, which was parked in the Gyeongnam Development Group H, and subsequently stolen by inserting a ice into the cryp oil tank and promptly finding the light by inserting it into the cryp oil tank; and (b) 200 liters via the market price of KRW 280,000,000 at his/her own vehicle.
