Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On February 28, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for fraud in a resident support at the Daegu District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Daegu Prison on August 29, 2012.

1. Around August 2014, the Defendant came to know of the Victim C through a meeting on the part of August 2014, the Defendant: (a) sent the Victim C’s name tag, etc. to show the Victim’s aviation employees’ name cards, and (b) was working as an additional air waybill for his/her country of origin from the Korea Air Force Academy; and (c) was married with the Victim as if he/she were married on the part of Busan around January 11, 2015.
However, in fact, the Defendant did not have an additional note on the job, and the employee name tag was forged by the computer site, and the representative parent recruited the Internet in the regular field as if he actually was the parent of the Defendant, and there was no intention to marry with the victim.
As above, the Defendant, who was married with the victim on September 24, 2014, made a false statement to the effect that “the agreement with the taxi driver is required to be given to the taxi operator when a contact with the taxi occurred during the operation of the vehicle” by phone calls from the victim on September 24, 2014, and that it received 8,50,000 won from the victim to the agricultural cooperative account under the Defendant’s mother D’s name from February 14, 2015, and received 16,378,200 won in total from the time to February 14, 2015, such as the list of crimes (1) in attached Form 1.

As above, the Defendant, as if he were to marryed with the victim, made a false statement to the effect that “When a credit card is lost due to the loss of the wall, if the card is lent to the victim, the amount would be paid in lump sum after the car,” the Defendant received a credit card, such as a national bank credit card (E), from the victim, and paid 40,000 won at the Daegu AirportF restaurant around September 22, 2014.
