Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 20, 2013, from around 14:00 to 14:07 of the same day, the Defendant: (a) at the Samsung Electronic Services Center operated by the victim South-dong service corporation located in Gangdong-gu, Seoul, Gangdong-gu, Seoul; (b) on the ground that the Defendant’s repair cost of Nowon-gu’s Nowon-gu computer was unfolded and damaged four times on the floor; (c) removed the damaged Nowon-gu from the floor; and (d) took off the damaged Nowon-gu; and (e) took the damaged Nowon-gu, taking the customer who used the Service Center to take a bath to his employees.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the customer receipt and counseling of the victimized company by force.

2. In the date, time, and place indicated in the foregoing paragraph 1, the Defendant expressed to the victim C (year 26) who is an employee of the Service Center, that the cost of repairing the Nowon-do computer was extremely low, and expressed to the victim C (year 26) who is an employee. The Defendant expressed to the large amount of “Ipson service in Madson in Madson, Maderne, Madern, Madern, Ipop.”

Accordingly, the defendant openly insultingd the victim.

3. Around November 20, 2013, the Defendant assaulted the victim, on the ground that the victim C (the age of 26) resisted against the act referred to in the above paragraphs 1 and 2, on the ground that he resisted against the act referred to in the above paragraphs 1 and 2, on November 20, 2013, on the part of the victim, he pushed the victim’s face, pushed the victim’s chest twice.
