Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. According to the Gyeonggi-do reinforced Forest Survey Division (No. 1, No. 2) prepared under the Presidential Decree on the Forest Survey Division’s Entry into force during the Japanese Occupation Period in the Forest Survey Division, the above E Forest Land, which is the land prior to the division of the real estate listed in the attached Table No. 1, 2, and 3 (hereinafter “E before the division”), and the F Forest, which is the land prior to the division of the real estate listed in the attached Table No. 4, is 1919 (former eight years), respectively;
1.6. G is written as circumstances, and address column is in blank;
(hereinafter referred to as “each of the instant forests and fields,” and when the individual land is specified, it shall be referred to as “the instant forests and fields” according to the sequence. (b)
The contents of the forest register and the state of not being registered) Nos. 1, 2, and 3 of this case are indicated in the respective forest register (No. 2-1, 4, and 5 of the evidence No. 2 of this case) as “G”; the owner’s name is indicated in the owner’s column as “G.” The address is all blanks, and the date of the change and the cause of the change are indicated as “name (name) correction on November 5, 1949,” respectively. 2) The forest register No. 4 of this case is indicated as “G” in the forest register No. 4 of this case as “the owner’s name is indicated as “G”, and the address is as “the date of the change and the cause of the change” as “the circumstances of January 6, 191.”
3) The old forest register (Evidence A2-3) of E, which was prepared before the division into the Japanese occupation point period, was written by G as “H” on January 6, 1919, while G was named as “H” on November 5, 1949, and all addresses were vacantly recorded. The name of the owner in the old forest register (Evidence A-3-3-3-) of the land No. 4 of this case prepared at the same time was written in G, and the address was written in G. On the other hand, the Gyeonggi-do strengthening-do Forest was changed to the administrative district of the Incheon Metropolitan City, and each of the forest of this case was currently unregistered.
