Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant G Co., Ltd.: (a) was entering into a final default on May 2012 when H Co., Ltd. was entering into a subcontract with H Co., Ltd. for construction work; and (b) the construction machinery business operators who leased equipment, such as mid-term season, to G Co., Ltd. was unable to receive rent.

The Defendant: (a) on September 3, 2012, in order to demand that the head of the International Trade Union J branch where the said construction machinery business operator joined a labor union as a member; (b) the labor union members would not receive equipment rent, etc. from G Co., Ltd.; (c) in order to demand that H Co., Ltd. pay equipment rent, etc. on behalf of G Co., Ltd., on September 3, 2012, the Defendant: (d) on September 3, 2012, “The meeting name: the resolution for the right to life of construction workers: the competition for the right to life of construction workers, the period of assembly: 0-240-2400 on September 6, 2012; (b) the meeting place: (c) the number of persons reported at the meeting site: 20 on September 6, 2012; and (d) the number of persons reported at the meeting site: The number of persons reported at the meeting site.”

At around 10:30 on September 6, 2012, the Defendant: (a) held an assembly by using a frout card in front of the office site of H&K located in Sejong-si on September 10, 2012; (b) instigated union members located in the JJ branch to enter H-site offices; and (c) attempted to enter the H-site offices by inciting union members located in the H-site offices at around 11:30 on the same day; and (d) some union members moved to the site office.

In order to prevent the deterioration of police officers belonging to the Sejong Police Station who had been on the spot by illegal assemblies.
