1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won;

2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 10,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The accused is a person who enters the Republic of Korea after escape from North Korea.

When the defendant stays in China after the escape from North Korea, the defendant thought that he was married to the above B in order to look at the fact that he received the protection of the person from the ship of Chinese nationality and economic assistance from the ship of the Chinese nationality.

On December 29, 2011, the Defendant issued the documents necessary for the report of marriage, such as the name of the notarial office, in the case of China, which was issued by the above B on December 29, 2011, on January 11, 2012, upon receipt of the documents necessary for the report of marriage, the Defendant: (a) prepared a marriage report to the public service center of Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Office; and (b) prepared a marriage report to the effect that the facts were married with the above B while there was no intention to marry with B; and (c) submitted documents necessary for the said report of marriage and the report of marriage transferred from the above B to the public official in charge of the registration of family relationship who was aware of the fact that it was false to record the fact in the public electronic information system of family relations, which
