A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The facts charged were partly revised according to facts obtained through the examination of evidence to the extent that it does not materially disadvantage the defendant's defense right.

No person shall export or import, or trade marijuana.

1. Import of marijuana;

A. B On July 9, 2020, indictments for violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. (marijuana) were pending in the Seoul Central District Court 2020 Gohap542.

A. On November 2019, the Defendant instructed a person to receive marijuana cargo sent to the Defendant in the U.S. and sought the address of the recipient of the said cargo, and the Defendant notified B of the “Seoul Geumcheon-gu D Building E,” which is the address to receive the said cargo, after seeking C as the recipient of the said cargo, the Defendant sent approximately 1.4 km to 12 persons in the U.S., stating that approximately 1.4 km is concealed in 12 copies via plastics, and that the name in the name in the U.S. is returned to the addressee “C,” and “Seoul Geumcheon-gu D Building E, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul,” and sent the said cargo as an international special cargo. On November 27, 2019, the said cargo arrived at the Incheon State’s port of supply located in the Seo-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Jung-gu, Incheon.

Accordingly, the Defendant imported marijuana in collusion with B, etc.

B. B decided to import marijuana in the U.S., and ordered the Defendant to seek the recipient and address of the hemp cargo sent in the U.S. on January 4, 2020. After seeking C as the recipient of the said cargo, the Defendant notified B of the “G” and the address to receive the said cargo, which is the addressee’s “G” and “Seoul H and I,” which is the address to receive the said cargo, which is known by C, and thereafter, the names in the U.S. were concealed about 2.26km in 18 copies of plastics and sent approximately 2.26km to the addressee’s “G, Geumcheon-gu H and I, Seoul,” and the purport of the said cargo was stated as “F and I,” and made the said cargo arrive at the Incheon State port located in the Jung-gu Incheon Port, Jung-gu, Incheon, as F on January 9, 2020.

Accordingly, the defendant imported marijuana in collusion with B, etc.
