Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates a general restaurant in the name of "B".

No person shall sell drugs, etc. harmful to juveniles to juveniles.

Nevertheless, at around 23:00 on April 26, 2013, the Defendant sold the amount equivalent to KRW 9,000 of the 3-class 9,000 to the 3-class 3-class 9,000, a juvenile harmful product, without verifying the age of the resident registration certificate to D(17 years of age and remaining) and two others.
