1. Around 23:53 on December 17, 2018, the Defendant driven a Dagpp vehicle under the influence of alcohol at a section of about 900 meters from the front of the building B in Ulsan-gun to the front of the village entrance of Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, to the front of the village entrance of Ulsan-gun.

Accordingly, the defendant, who violated Article 44 (1) of the Road Traffic Act more than twice, was driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol again.

2. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury) and the Road Traffic Act (Non-accident after Accidents) are those who are engaged in driving a DNA car.

On December 17, 2017, at around 23:53, the Defendant, while driving the said car under the influence of alcohol and driving it to turn to the left to the village of E while driving the road at the intersection of the village entrance of Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-do, at the direction of the entrance of the village of Ulsan-do.

At the time, there are nights and no signals, so in such cases, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents by safely driving a vehicle by reducing speed and safely examining whether there is a vehicle passing through an intersection for the driver of the vehicle.
