A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On October 22, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for fraud at the Changwon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Busan Correctional Institution on July 26, 2010.

1. Around 03:00 on January 2013, the Defendant took the same attitude that the Defendant would pay to the victim, even if he/she did not have the intent or ability to pay the price, even if he/she did so, in Esing stores operated by the victim D, who was in the Jinhae-si C.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, was provided with an amount of 330,000 won, including the service fee of female employees from the victim, and took them.

2. On September 22, 2014, the Defendant took the same attitude that the Defendant would pay to the victim, even if he/she did not have the intent or ability to pay the price, in the instant instant singing shop operated by the Victim G, who was operated by the Victim G, who was in the Chang Sea-si F.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, was provided with an alcoholic beverage amounting to KRW 400,00,000 including the service fee of female employees from the victim, and received them.

3. On September 23, 2014, from around 02:40 to 03:05 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) expressed the victim’s attitude that the victim would have expressed in the victim’s talked about his/her drinking at the Esing shop operated by the victim D in Jinhae-gu, Jinhae-si; (b) however, on the ground that the victim would not sell the drinking, and (c) prevented the customer from iceing.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the victim's bar business by force.
