A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 04:00 on June 16, 2013, the Defendant interfered with the business of the Defendant: (a) while drinking alcohol with F and alcohol, the Defendant’s daily operation at the room at the e-place operated by the victim D (the age of 51) located in Geum-gu Busan Metropolitan City (the age of 51); (b) when drinking alcohol with F and the Defendant’s daily operation; (c) when drinking alcohol; (d) shocking the beer’s disease; and (e) taking the beer’s disease; and (e) taking the above female employees G (the age of 25) going in company, etc., who were in company with the mebbbb, string the alcohol and the contact with the table, thereby hindering the victim’s main operation for about 30 minutes by force.

2. Around 04:40 on June 16, 2013, the Defendant: (a) the police officer H et al., who was reported and sent out after having received 112 for the same reason as Paragraph (1), prevented the Defendant from acting in a disturbance; (b) caused the police officer H et al. to put the Defendant into a waiting room for employees; and (c) destroyed the door of the above main office so that the market price is 38,000 won in total by breaking the arms and destroying the glass part of the stud door.

3. On June 16, 2013, at around 04:50, the Defendant was arrested as a flagrant offender such as obstruction of duties from a police officer, etc., who was a police officer, who was a police officer at the G District of the Geum-gu Police Station and called out after receiving a report on 112 on the same ground as the foregoing paragraph (1), and the Defendant obstructed the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties concerning the arrest of flagrant offenders by assaulting the above H, such as: (a) placing the front stairs at the entrance of the above main point, by hand, on the wall; (b) removing the above H’s work gate; (c) opening the work gate; and (d) obstructing the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties concerning the arrest of flagrant offenders.
