Punishment of the crime

[Criminal record] On November 24, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of fraud at the Suwon Giwon, and the judgment became final and conclusive on December 2, 2017.

[Criminal facts]

1. A special intimidation: (a) around 2014, the Defendant was aware of the Victim C (67 years of age) at the seat of the flag, thereby using violence, i.e., the victim’s happiness.

On June 11, 2017, at around 21:00, the Defendant: (a) took a look at the location described in paragraph 1 of this Article; (b) one name “F”, the Defendant’s lending of money to the Defendant; and (c) the Victim C took a telephone call by the victim; (b) one hand, the victim’s left side of the victim’s hand, which is a dangerous thing ( approximately 8cm in length, approximately 22cm in length); and (c) one hand, the victim took part in the telephone call.
