A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

[criminal history] On April 24, 2013, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 1,50,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Suwon Flag Flag, and on April 23, 2014, the Defendant violated Article 44(1) of the Road Traffic Act at least twice by receiving a summary order of KRW 5,00,000 from the same court due to the same crime.
