A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person who is engaged in driving a cuss car in B.

On February 29, 2016, the Defendant driven the above car on the 12:56th day of February, 2016, and proceeded with the car in order to park on the front side of the racing C.

At this point, there was a sidewalk for pedestrians' traffic, and pedestrians including victims E (the age of 47) passed along, so in such a case, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents due to safe progress, such as not driving a sidewalk but accurately manipulating brakes, etc.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and proceeded with the victim E who was walking on the rear side of the said vehicle due to the negligence that caused the said vehicle to be invaded by the sidewalk, and continued to attack the victim F (54 years old) and the victim G (56 years old) who continued to be walking on the rear side of the said vehicle, and continued to attack the victim H (54 years old, 54 years old, 54 years old, 56 years old) driving on the opposite vehicle and stopped on the opposite vehicle, and continued to stop after the collision with the rear side of the said Eccoo vehicle with the rear side of the said Ecoo vehicle.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by such occupational negligence, caused the victim E to suffer injury to the victim E, such as kidne in which there is no open room for treatment for about 4 weeks, by causing the victim F to suffer from the injury of kidne, which requires treatment for about 14 weeks, by causing the victim G to suffer from the injury of the right side for which treatment for about 2 weeks is required, such as fladne dume, fladumume, etc.

2. Any person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall be subscribed to mandatory insurance;
