1. The plaintiffs' claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A.D entered into an agreement on January 27, 2010 with the North Korea Water Supply and Credit Cooperative (hereinafter “North Korea Water Supply and Credit Union”) on February 3, 2010 (hereinafter “North Korea Water Supply and Credit Union”) to grant a loan of KRW 1 billion on or before the expiration date of the loan, and to pay interest according to the fluctuation rate, but on or after September 11, 2013, it extended the expiration date of the loan to February 3, 2014. The interest rate shall be 5.8% per annum; the delay interest rate shall be 12% per annum for 30 days but more than 90 days in arrears; 13% per annum for 13% per annum for 10 days in arrears; 20% per annum for extended loans and 21.27% per annum for extended loans and 21.27% per annum for delay (hereinafter “the expiration date of the loan agreement”).

(hereinafter referred to as “the instant loan agreement,” including the loans to the Inter-Korea Development Bank, the loans to the East-Korea Development Bank, the total of the above loans, the respective loans of this case, and the above loan agreements, hereinafter “the instant loan agreement”).

Plaintiff

A is the owner of E, E, 6,214 square meters of forest and F, and 4,649 square meters of forest and f, and the Plaintiff B is the owner of G, 12,246 square meters of forest and field (hereinafter “each of the instant real property”). The Plaintiffs completed the registration of establishment of a mortgage (hereinafter “each of the instant real property”) with respect to each of the instant real property under the title of the debtor D, the mortgagee, the Northern District Court, No. 13621, February 2, 2010, as of KRW 13621, which was received on February 2, 2010, in order to secure the above loan obligations against the Da, the Suwon District Court, as to each of the instant real property.
