A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant and the victim C (the age of 45) were in a de facto marital relationship from around 2009, and around April 2013, the issue of female problem and drinking by the defendant was harming self-harm.
