Punishment of the crime

On June 2012, the Defendant received a request from the victim C to sell to another person the four-year ginseng 1,150 square meters of KRW 40 million, the total purchase price of KRW 400,00,000, KRW 4040,000, and KRW 40,404,00,000 of KRW 40,00,00 from the victim’s location in the French-gun of Chungcheongnam-do.

On June 27, 2012, the Defendant agreed to sell the above ginseng dry field 1,150 K to E at a Buddhist place in the Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-do around June 27, 2012, and deposited KRW 2,00,000 among them into the agricultural bank account in the name of the victim, with the deposit money of the above ginseng dry field.
