Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall photograph the body of another person, which may cause sexual humiliation or shame, against his/her will, by using a camera or other similar mechanism or apparatus.

Nevertheless, the defendant, however, had a digital camera operated with a dynamic image hold by drilling a hole in the paper stuff and put it into a hole towards the bridge of women, and let women take a bridge part of the female.

1. On May 12, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 14:30 on May 12, 2017, at the D stores located in Sinung-si, the Defendant taken a mascifact against the victim E (e.g., 26 years of age) who is an employee of the said D stores; and (b) taken a mascific bridge by inserting digital cameras operated by the said screen screen.

2. On May 12, 2017, the Defendant taken the victim’s bridge to the victim H (V, 22 years of age) who is an employee in G stores located in Sistitu City F on May 12, 2017, in the same manner as the foregoing 1, in a manner as in the foregoing 1.

3. On May 15, 2017, the Defendant, at the J Burial located in Ansan-si Group I on May 15, 2017, recorded the victim K (V, 27 years old)’s bridge in the same manner as the above 1.

Accordingly, the Defendant taken the body of another person, which may cause sexual humiliation or shame, against his will.
