1. The Defendant’s KRW 49,00,000 as well as 5% per annum from July 1, 2015 to April 24, 2018 to the Plaintiff.

1. On May 29, 2015, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Defendant on the terms of “the construction cost of KRW 49 million from June 2, 2015 to June 29, 2015, and the full payment as soon as the construction payment deadline expires,” with respect to the darbing construction of the outer wall of the International Building Building in Jindong-dong, Jindong-dong, 213-4, and four parcels. As the Plaintiff completed construction under the said contract, the Defendant is obligated to pay the construction cost of KRW 49 million under the said contract and the delay damages therefrom.
