1. The instant lawsuit was concluded on June 26, 2015 as the withdrawal of the lawsuit.

2. The costs of the lawsuit after the completion of the lawsuit.

According to the records, the following facts are evident: ① on March 5, 2014, 11:30, ② on May 15, 2015, 11:30, May 15, 2015, which is the date for the first pleading; ③ on June 26, 2015, the date for the second pleading, the date for the second pleading; and ② on June 26, 2015, each Plaintiff was absent, and the Defendant’s agent present was not present, and the lawsuit in this case was not present or present at the date for the second pleading, after the second two were absent pursuant to Article 268(3)
