1. Basic facts

A. The plaintiffs are the defendant's members who own the above neighboring shops, and they own 1/2 shares in each of the commercial buildings listed in the No. 1,9, and 10 listed in the attached Table No. 7; the plaintiff Eul owned 1/2 shares in the commercial buildings listed in the No. 3; the plaintiff Eul owned 1/2 shares in the commercial buildings listed in the No. 2, 4, 5, and 8; and the plaintiff D church (hereinafter "Plaintiff church") owned 1/2 shares in all of the commercial buildings listed in the No. 7; the non-partyO owned 6 shares in the commercial buildings listed in the No. 3; and the non-party P owned 1/2 shares in the commercial buildings listed in the No. 3.

C. On September 25, 200, the Defendant allocated 7,315.6 square meters (m2,213 square meters) as the site for main-ro centering facilities (m2,213 square meters) among the instant reconstruction sites in accordance with the rebuilding project plan pursuant to the “Master Apartment Zone Development Master Plan” announced by Seoul Special Metropolitan City as of September 25, 200. The previous site for a comprehensive subdivision shop prior to the instant reconstruction project is 4,180 square meters, and the neighboring neighboring neighboring shop is the previous site.
