The punishment of the accused shall be determined by one year and eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 2, 2017, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s home located in R R in North Korea, on June 2, 2017, promised to sell gift certificates at the price of 80% of the cost of the department store on the bulletin board of the medium and China Kaba (htp: /cafe.naver.com/ Longgora) of the Internet portal site.

When the purchase price is paid, delivery will be made after one month.

On May 29, 2017, at the Defendant’s house as indicated in paragraph (1) around May 29, 2017, the Defendant: (a) accessed the Defendant’s smartphone to U who is a private online gambling site using the Defendant’s smartphone; and (b) deposited KRW 3,00,000 in the national bank account in the name of “(N)” managed by the operator of the said gambling site (75640-10-1571489) and deposited KRW 3,00,000 in the national bank account (75640-1571489); and (c) provided by the said website after receiving a considerable amount of game money, it is near the number of the total number of the cards entered in the open card by dividing the card into two pages and the banker.
