Punishment of the crime
[criminal history] The Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Seoul High Court on November 1, 2002, and was sentenced to four years of imprisonment for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Ulsan District Court on August 22, 2006, and was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment for a special larceny at the Seoul East District Court on March 20, 2013. On September 25, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for a crime of larceny at the same court on September 25, 2015, and completed the execution of the sentence at the North Korean Vocational Training Prison on July 29, 2017.

1. On August 29, 2017, around 13:38, the Defendant violated the residence of the said victim by dividing the first floor and second floor of the said house into the second floor, and confirming that there was no room for the said house, after opening a laundry room, which was outside the fenced on the side of the said house, and coming back to the last floor through the stairs of the second floor, and infringing on the said victim’s residence by opening the window of the laundry room which was not locked behind the house of the victim of the first floor.
2. Defendant 1 had a number of 10,000 scam camscamscamscams in the market price of which is on the front of a scambam, including approximately 50,000 scamscams, which were placed adjacent to the scamscams, at the time and place specified in the above paragraph 1, and where he was behind the said victim’s inside, at the same time and place.
Accordingly, the defendant, who was sentenced to imprisonment more than three times due to the crime of larceny, has stolen the victim's property again.
