The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff 30 million won and 30 million won among them 12% per annum from May 30, 2020 to the day of full payment.

1. Determination as to the cause of claim

A. According to the respective statements and the purport of the entire pleadings, evidence Nos. 1 and 2 as to October 21, 2019, the Plaintiff may recognize the fact that the Plaintiff lent KRW 30 million to the Defendant on October 21, 2019 with interest rate of KRW 1% and March 31, 2020.

(B) The defendant asserts that he paid 600,000 won interest for two months, but it is not accepted as there is no evidence to acknowledge it).

According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 31.8 million won (=interest of KRW 1.8 million) with interest rate of KRW 30 million from May 30, 2020 to interest rate of KRW 12% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from May 30, 2020 (the day following the delivery of a copy of the complaint) to the day of full payment.

2. The plaintiff's claim for conclusion is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
