On March 16, 2013, at around 20:27, the Defendant driven B cargo under the influence of alcohol content of about 30km from the 30km section to the 0.077% alcohol level from the 30km road near Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si to the Yacheon-si, Jeju City.
