1. As to KRW 21,206,629 among the Plaintiff and KRW 2,506,629, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 25,200,000.

1. The parties' assertion

A. The Plaintiff’s assertion 1) The Defendant’s assertion 25th day of March 25, 2014: (a) KRW 1 million before the receipt of the fraternity; and (b) KRW 1.1 million after the receipt of the fraternity; and (c) KRW 1.1 million per unit (hereinafter referred to as “No. 1 fraternity”) KRW 1 million per unit (hereinafter referred to as “No. 1 fraternity”) from March 25, 2014 to January 25, 2015, which was changed from May 2014 to January 30, 2015).

After joining two different accounts, 1.0 million won per unit (1.0 million won per unit), 5.1 million won per unit (including interest 100,000 won) on June 30, 2014, and 5.2 million won per unit (including interest 2.00,000 won) on August 30, 2014, and 5.2 million won per unit (including interest 200,000 won) on September 30 through January 30, 2015 x 1.1.0 million won per unit (1.1.06 million won per unit) on September 30, 2014 x 1.6 million won per unit (1.1.1 million won per unit x 2.5 months x 5 months) on July 16, 2014).

3) In addition, on July 10, 2014, the Defendant: (a) as the Plaintiff’s fraternity operated by only the Defendant, KRW 2 million per month from July 10, 2014 to September 10, 2014; and (b) from that to May 10, 2015, paid KRW 2.2 million per month as the deposit amount; and (c) from that to that to May 10, 2015, to set up the deposit amount of KRW 2 million per unit (hereinafter “three books”).

One account was admitted to the Gu, and on September 10, 2014, the payment period was replaced by the payment period as of July 10, 2014, and the payment period was from August 10, 2014.
